Restock in Candles at Frogmore Stew General Store and Restaurant! "'I sat on the steps and dug candle wax out of two dozen glass holders. I refilled them with fresh candles,'" - Lily. Get them on the way out with your honey when leaving the general store! Closed on Sundays "'I'm sorry, but it's Sunday. I can't sell anything from the store, just the restaurant."
Mary Day is here! If you are a member of the Daughters of Mary don't forget about our celebration this August 17th! "'It's a special remembrance for our Lady of Chains. We reenact her story. Plus we give thanks for the honey crop. The Daughters of Mary come. It's our favorite two day's of the year!'" - August
Congratulations to our very own June Boatwright and Neil Parker on the engagement!

About us
Our names are May, June, and August and we are three sisters who grew up harvesting honey every summer with our grandmother here in Tiburon, South Carolina. We recently welcomed new members to our team, Lily and Rosaleen from Sylvan, South Carolina. We started our business shortly after our grandmother's passing along with organizing a small Catholic worship group "The Daughters of Mary". We harvest our honey and take care of our bees right in our backyard. We also take care of beehives around the county. When not harvesting we celebrate our religion, and once a year celebrate Mary Day! "'Today is the Feast of Assumption. August fifteenth... May is the one who started calling it Mary Day," we tell the story every year! With the wax left over from the honeycombs, we make candles, beauty products, and beeswax-based cream! We sell our products throughout most stores and offices here in Tiburon! Honey makes everything better so don't forget to pick up your jar on your way out of your favorite general store!
